Who is responsible

Fidget Finder UK is responsible for the information used to run this service. Contact us at support@fidgetfinder.co.uk.

What we keep and why

• Your email address: so you can log in and, if you turn them on, receive email alerts.
• Your watchlist and max prices: so we know which alerts to send you.
• Your Telegram chat ID or Discord user ID: if you connect them, so our bots can message you.
• A notification address for your phone or computer: if you turn on notifications.
• Your membership status: whether you've paid, your plan and renewal date.
• Support messages: when you contact us.

We use this to run your membership, send alerts, fix problems and meet legal obligations. We don't receive or store your full card details.

Who else handles it

These services process information for us, under their own privacy notices:

• Stripe: payments and card details.
• Supabase: our database and log-ins (stored in London).
• Netlify: website hosting.
• Resend: sending emails.
• Telegram and Discord: if you choose to get alerts there.

We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep your account until you ask us to delete it. Support messages and limited membership records are kept only as long as needed. Payment records may be kept longer where the law requires it, for example for tax.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop using it. Email support@fidgetfinder.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We only use cookies that keep you logged in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
